Shipping & Returns
Notice to our customers:
Please make sure you have selected the products and colors according to your needs. We are available to assist you with any questions (reach out to Customer Service email@example.com) prior to purchase to make sure you are confident in your selection process prior to receiving the product.
• Delivery times:
The majority of delivery carriers are experiencing delays for both international and domestic deliveries. For back-ordered items, we are doing everything possible to meet the guidance we provide on our purchasing pages. Once a product has left our warehouse – we work closely with our carriers to track the shipments to your home. We have had varying delays in delivery times quoted by the domestic carriers. We will do our best to get our products to you as quickly as possible.
State sales tax is imposed on the total sales price of taxable tangible personal property. “Sales price” is defined as the total amount paid for tangible personal property, including any services that are a part of the sale. Delivery services are sold in conjunction with the sale of tangible personal property. Charges for delivery services are generally subject to tax when imposed with the sale of a taxable item.
We provide courtesy Free Shipping* on all orders $100.00 USD or more (Sales Tax excluded). Orders of $99.99 USD and below are charged a shipping cost.
• Standard Shipping:
Approximately 5-10 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays.
• Shipping Services:
We use USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS for all shipping methods and therefore enforce their policies for shipping services. Please contact our Customer Service Department firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
• Order Processing:
The above transit times do not include processing time. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on all orders.
• Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
The selected carrier, whether it's UPS, FedEx, or another, will make a total of three attempts to deliver your package. If the package is not claimed or marked as undeliverable, it will be returned to our warehouse, and a full refund will be issued.
• Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event that your package is lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter with the carrier. Here are some important steps to follow:
- If you receive a package that appears to be damaged on the outside, please request the carrier to note it on the delivery manifest. Please note that damage to the outer box may not necessarily imply damage to the product inside.
- In cases of severe damage to the box, please refuse the shipment and contact our Customer Service for a replacement.
- If you find that the product is damaged and not in usable condition upon opening the box, please contact our Customer Service for a replacement.
Due to the high value of our products, an adult signature will be required for all orders at the time of delivery. If you sign a release form for delivery without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. To prevent any issues, we recommend contacting the carrier (FedEx or UPS) to hold the shipment at a nearby Ship Center if you or a trusted person cannot be available for delivery. This way, you can conveniently pick it up at a time that suits you.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for items stolen from residences or businesses.
In most cases involving damaged packages, we will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. If the shipping company confirms that it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier takes possession of the damaged product.
• International Shipping & Delivery:
We do not ship internationally from this website. Please refer to www.mimakids.com for international shipping and delivery.
*Free Shipping applies to all orders made within the Continental USA. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will have an applicable destination fee. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more information email@example.com.
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note that customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees. (restrictions apply - please see “Return Terms”)
• The merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and in new condition, including all stickers and inserts. Merchandise returned in a condition other than the original may result in additional charges, including a restocking fee 10%, and could potentially render the item ineligible for a refund.
• Original shipment and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
• Restocking fees and shipping fees, if applicable, may be deducted from the total refund amount.
• If an item was purchased as a gift, we offer the choice of either refunding the original payment method or facilitating an exchange.
• Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted and will be either refused or returned to the customer.
• Start a Return
If you would like to return your order for any reason, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from the purchase date.
• The Return Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label to facilitate the return process. Please note that all returned products will be subject to inspection by our Customer Service team upon receipt.
Upon receiving your return, please allow 7-14 business days for the processing of your refund. Refunds will be issued only after a thorough inspection, and any applicable shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified through our efforts to prevent fraud and/or account abuse.
