Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note that customers are responsible for covering all shipping fees, and a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.   (restrictions apply - please see “Return Terms”)

Return Terms

• The merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and in new condition, no damage, scratches, including all original labels, using instructions, and other hangtags and wrappings. Merchandise returned in a condition other than the original will result in additional charges, and could potentially render the item ineligible for a refund.

• Original shipment are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

• Restocking fees and shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

• If an item was purchased as a gift, we offer the choice of either refunding the original payment method or facilitating an exchange.

• Items returned after 30 days from the purchase date will not be accepted and will be either refused or returned to the customer.

 The Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return label to facilitate the return process. Please note that all returned products will be subject to inspection by our Customer Service team upon receipt.

Upon receiving your return, please allow 7-14 business days for the processing of your refund. Refunds will be issued only after a thorough inspection, and any applicable shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
